We found the recipe at Cooks.com. You can click right here to see it on the site. I made some changes just because we needed to use what we had on hand. I'll put our changes in parenthesis.
CROCK POT MACARONI AND CHEESE
1 (8 oz.) elbow macaroni (we used mini penne)
1 stick butter
3 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese (we had a shredded cheddar/monterey jack combo)
1 1/2 c. milk (we used part skim milk and part light cream because we had no whole milk)
2 eggs, beaten
1 lg. evaporated milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook and drain macaroni. In crock pot, put macaroni, butter, 2 cups cheese and stir. Add milk, eggs, evaporated milk and top with 1 cup cheese. Cook on low for 3 hours.
Try it!! It's yummy!! :)
